6.4/10

I stayed at a small boutique hotel, which had a couple of pros like its convenient location near the MRT and some great food options. However, the room was quite cramped for the number of people it accommodated, and the shared bathroom situation was a bit inconvenient. The service from the receptionist was helpful, but overall the experience was mixed considering the size and amenities available.

Rooms
5.0
The room was really small for six people, making it hard to fit our luggage. With two double beds and two single beds, it didn’t provide much space to move around.
Service
6.0
The service was decent, particularly from the receptionist who helped us feel comfortable and provided information, but it was sometimes hard to reach staff when we needed them.
Location
9.0
The location was great, just steps away from the MRT and various food options, including a renowned food street. It was ideal for exploring the city.
Dining
8.0
There were plenty of dining options nearby, with a Chinese food court right outside, which was a major bonus.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were quite basic with just shared bathrooms and limited amenities, making the stay less comfortable than I had hoped.

6.2/10

I had a stay at this budget hotel in Chinatown, and while the price was appealing, the overall experience wasn't fantastic. The location is great as it's near the MRT and plenty of food options, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. The shared bathrooms were particularly unpleasant. If you're on a tight budget, it might work for a night, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay.

Rooms
5.0
The room was quite small, and though we were given an upgrade to a six-person room, it still felt cramped and a bit claustrophobic, especially without any windows.
Service
7.0
The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, which I appreciated. However, the overall service could have been improved if the staff were more diligent.
Location
9.0
The hotel is ideally located just around the corner from the Chinatown night market and very close to the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city.
Dining
8.0
I loved that there were plenty of food options just outside the hotel with the Chinatown food street nearby, providing a great variety of meals.
Facilities
5.0
The shared toilets were not well-maintained and often had a bad smell, which was quite off-putting.

6.2/10

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it is a budget-friendly option with a strategic location just a stone's throw from the MRT and vibrant food scenes, my experience was mixed. The room was quite cramped and left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. On the bright side, the front desk staff were congenial and offered fast Wi-Fi. However, the shared facilities really need more attention to detail. Overall, it's affordable but I might consider spending a bit more for a better stay next time.

Rooms
5.0
The room was extremely small and felt a bit claustrophobic; I could barely open the door with my suitcase inside. It also lacked some cleanliness that made the stay less comfortable.
Service
7.0
The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, but there were moments when they could have been more accommodating to our needs.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic with the opening of Chinatown just around the corner and easy access to various dining options. However, road traffic can be hectic for luggage drop-off.
Dining
8.0
Dining options nearby are plentiful, with both a Chinese food court and the iconic Chinatown food street just steps away from the hotel.
Facilities
5.0
The shared toilet facilities were not in great shape and had noticeable odors, which was disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. Upon arrival, they couldn’t find my reservation and directed me to another hotel just two buildings away, which left a bad impression. The room had several issues, including a clogged shower and an inadequate air conditioning unit. The facilities appeared old and unkempt, and I would not recommend staying here due to the poor condition of the rooms and service.

Rooms
5.0
The room was extremely small and discomforting, with a dirty blanket and dusty floors. The shower room was poorly maintained, with a clogged pipe leading to flooding.
Service
5.0
The service was lacking as the staff failed to resolve my reservation issue satisfactorily and did not seem accommodating.
Location
6.0
The location was decent, being close to shops and transport, but not worth the experience I had.
Dining
5.0
I did not try the dining options as the hotel’s condition deterred me from staying longer.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were old and poorly maintained, like the plastic toilet that wasn’t properly secured.
